FOR INCORRECT ADRESSESÂ
If the address given is wrong, please cancel the order within time limit of 4 hours.
No refund will be given after 4 hours time limit of orders of incorrect address submission.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please allow 4-7 business days production time for your order to ship out. Average shipping times are varying based on location.   Â
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after the order has been shipped. If there is a problem with the tracking number please email us at info@dvahome.com.

TAXES & CUSTOMS
You are responsible for all taxes and customs fees that may applied on your purchase in your country.Â
In case of replace or refund, you will be held responsible for taxes and customs fees.
If you fail to pay taxes and customs fees, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

REPLACING AND REFUND
We offer a replacement or refund for items that are damaged or defective. Once you received the item, you have 24 hours to inform us by email, attaching photos or a video of the damaged item with detailed feedback upon our request. You must also provide us with the delivery receipt. Once goods are in your possession for more than 24 hours, we cannot accept any claims for damaged items.
All claims that fall under the title (Not as described) will be studied and decided that you will get either a replacement or discount.
We don’t accept any replacement claims for reasons other than what mentioned above.
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty. Cancel your order before the timeline of 4 hours. Once the timeline is expired, you will not get a refund. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Purchased items will be refunded if it was delayed 25 days over the estimated delivery date, as delivery and customs circumstances may vary.
In circumstances when an item is approved for a refund, 15 business days are required to process the transaction. Orders paid by credit card will be refunded as a credit onto the original credit card used for payment. If any of this is unclear, please feel free to contact customer service prior placing your order.
Any taxes and/or custom fees, are excluded from any refund processes.
If you fail to pay taxes and customs fees, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
